Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your answers to the ELYTE match quiz, and anything you write in a consultation or challenge form. We also record basic, non-identifying usage information such as which pages were visited and which campaign referred you.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with a coach, respond to your consultation request, deliver the coaching or challenge you signed up for, and send you related updates. If you opt in, we may also send occasional emails or text messages about ELYTE programs. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who can see it
Your submissions are visible to the ELYTE team and, where relevant, to the coach you were matched with or selected. We use service providers to host our site, store data, send email, and manage our customer records. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Some questions ask about injuries or medical considerations so your training can be built safely. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. ELYTE coaching is not medical care, therapy, or treatment.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing INFO@ELYTETRAINING.ONLINE. We keep lead and client records only as long as needed to run our coaching business or meet legal obligations.
