Coaching services
ELYTE provides online and, where available, hybrid fitness coaching for women. Program details, formats, and coach availability are described on this site and confirmed with you before you start. Coaching plans and challenges are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Health and safety
ELYTE coaching, nutrition guidance, and mental wellness check-ins are fitness coaching and accountability, not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified provider before starting any new training or nutrition program, and stop and seek care if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.
Results
Any results shown on this site are shared with client permission and are individual experiences. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
Payments and cancellations
Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms for coaching plans and challenges are confirmed in writing before you enroll. Third-party tools used to deliver coaching, such as Trainerize, are governed by their own terms.
